I just bought an Outback from Tim and was very happy with his help in making the purchase. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend that you ask for Tim when you need a new car. My father had bought a Subaru in 1977 and my mother had one that she loved. The quality of the workmanship, technology and safety features was new to me. I didn't realize how much they had improved until I read that they have a high resale value, safety and reliability rating. The boxer engine still sounds the same as the one in 1977. The sales process is efficient and the manager is willing and motivated to get your business. After going to 4 dealerships, AutoFair had the most energy and professional staff.

Had a great experience at AutoFair Subaru of Haverhill and especially with Mikey Valdez who was very knowledgeable, professional and “pressure free” helping with the purchase of my 2022 Forrester. Mikey also answered the many questions I had and spent a good deal of time showing me all of the technology in the car. I would highly recommend Mikey and this dealership to anyone. I started my new car experience with Cliff, who was wonderful but I needed to step away from the process to think about what I wanted to do. I returned on Sunday knowing exactly what car I wanted. Cliff was off so Tim Dang took care of me. Tim was knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I got the car I wanted from the add online and traded in my KIA. I was able to drive away in my new car with the help of Reynaldo (Ray) Mejia who handled all the financing for us. I felt bad because we were there past closing time but they all assured me not to worry it takes teamwork to get people out the door in their new car. Tim made sure we knew where to pull in for service work and walked us over to explain the process so we wouldn't feel lost when bringing the car there to be serviced for oil changes and normal wear and tear work. The store manager came over to us on both days and was also very supportive. You can tell this team is used to working with one another and supportive of each other through the transaction. I now know why this dealership has such high ratings. Our experience was the best I have had in my 40 years of buying new cars. The car-buying process can be grueling, but the people of AutoFair Subaru Haverhill helped lessen the impact. Brenna was amazing to work with, extremely attentive and kind. We met late Monday evening and were incredibly close to a deal, though I left without purchasing. I received a call from Jerry on Tuesday afternoon, with an updated deal and plans to return that evening. I called numerous times between the afternoon and evening, Jerry was incredibly helpful with each question I had. Although Brenna was scheduled off on Tuesday, I was surprised to learn that she had came to help close the deal. Since picking up my car last Wednesday morning, Brenna has continued to reach out, check-in, and answer any questions I may have.
